Director, Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing At WeWork

The We Company is no different. We’re hiring an experienced Director to lead the strategy and execution of global talent branding.

In this role as the Director, Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing, you will work closely with the SVP of People and Recruiting in order to build digital marketing and advertising strategies to generate a targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, execution, reporting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead WeWork’s employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies in partnership with colleagues across the company
  • Serve as a partner and work cross-functionally with corporate branding, internal communications, social media, recruiters and diversity and engagement
  • Define and bring to life WeWork’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging in innovative and inspiring ways
  • Study and upgrade the end to end recruitment experience and identify new and differentiated ways of engaging and selling candidates
  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate our employer brand by reviewing competitors and understanding industry best practices
  • Create digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives to ensure recruitment marketing materials are engaging and relevant with a focus on impact and value
  • Develop external messaging and partnerships that will enable and advance the company’s employer brand strategies and help tell the story of what it’s like to build a career at WeWork
  • Determine optimal channels, messaging, social and brand strategy for targeted talent segments
  • Ensure change management and proper rollout of recruitment marketing programming through detailed project management and communications

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of employment branding and recruitment marketing experience
  • Proven success and strategic experience engaging and building trust with partners
  • Ability to play “high and low”, operating at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Demonstrated aptitude of communicating clearly and effectively to upper management across all departments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrates WeWork’s values with integrity, responsibility and a strong belief in the We Company’s mission
  • 4-year college degree or advanced degree
