Sales Enablement Manager At Uberflip

The Daily Routine:

  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations and partner with Sales Leadership to create and deliver the sales enablement plan
  • Standardize sales methodology Develop and implement a Sales Playbook for each stage in the sales cycle based on Uberflip Sales Methodology
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Provide appropriate sales feedback, and effectively communicate all initiatives to relevant teams across the organization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and to assist Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Clear deliverables and measured impact of initiatives (effectiveness to rep productivity, survey feedback, length of sales cycle, etc.. )
  • Manage the coordination and delivery of new rep onboarding, enablement, and recurring training programs and incorporate ongoing feedback to ensure our onboarding and training programs are world class
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work closely with Sales leadership to review process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Regularly interact and coordinate with our marketing team to ensure full alignment on programs, lead generation, and other joint Sales and Marketing initiatives

What You’ve Done to Date:

  • Played a key role in defining, developing and supporting a high velocity sales process
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Martec landscape
  • Experience in various sales roles and environments
  • Worked with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, and Guru
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and rapidly changing environment
  • Effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization
