The Consumer Products & Engineering (CPE) team is looking for a skilled and innovative Director of Product Management, Content Discovery with strong leadership skills to join our rapidly growing team. The Director of Product Management, Content Discovery will help shape and execute the content discovery product roadmap for TVE and D2C products, serve as a liaison between key network stakeholders and CPE to help define and prioritize features in relation to search, recommendations, personalization, and content merchandising. The successful candidate has a demonstrable track record of successfully conceptualizing and launching various recommendation models, defining complex metadata taxonomy, as well as immersing oneself in performance data to continuously refine recommendation algorithms. The right candidate must be a self-motivated, team player partnering with various product managers across the organization to contribute to the overall business objectives of the organization.
