Inside Sales Administrator – IEP/ENE Ontario, Canada
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with regional Account Executives to facilitate pre-proposal, proposal and post-order activities
Pre-proposal-Gather necessary information for quotation issuance—questionnaires, product specifications
Post-order—Work directly with clients to complete contract documentation (Customer Information form, Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders)
Maintain CRM database, customer entry, opportunities update, quotation follow-up and other CRM tasks
Work closely with Project Managers and Billing Specialists to insure new work orders have all requisite paperwork to expedite order opening
Participate in pre and post activities associated with Tradeshows and Lunch/Learn Seminars
Respond to customer requests for information and general questions, especially when the Account Executive is out of the office.

Work as an active member of the sales team on a regional, national and global level
Maintain confidentiality of customers, products tested and appropriate internal information
Communicate in a prompt, courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers
Maintain working knowledge of TÜV services by internal training sessions, TÜV seminars and keeping updated on current developments within the industry
Moderate travel is required
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
At least 2 years sales experience
Background in product safety compliance services advantageous.
Exposure to variety of industries such as IT, consumer goods, machinery, lighting laboratory and/or equipment is highly beneficial.
Experience in service environment is helpful, as is exposure to project management
The ideal candidate will have proven organizational skills, strong communication and is customer-driven, and has an ability to support sales team.
