The Awards and Brand Marketing Coordinator will directly assist CNN's Brand Marketing & Awards Manager with award submissions for all of CNN's properties across the company, as well as brand marketing needs.
They will be expected to successfully upload and submit award materials online, copy edit essays, maintain and update award and event databases, calendars, and more.
- The candidate should be well versed in google docs and have basic excel knowledge.
- Upload award submission materials
- Copy edit award written materials.
Maintain and update awards tracking database.
Track award deadlines and assemble calendars for dinners and ceremonies.
Assist with scheduling and producing photography shoots for employee headshots.
Assist with group visitors at CNN New York.
College degree preferred
Some marketing experience a plus.
