What you'll be doing:
Scaling out a sales and customer support team for a rapidly growing tech and property management company.
Identifying opportunities to automate processes and procedures throughout Trustwork Nation.
Expand the footprint of the fulfillment center to include businesses outside of real estate.
Driving KPIs for all sales and support
Training young hustlers to be innovative and get things done
What you must have:
5+ years of sales/support management.
3+ years of business development
Proven record of success in a competitive and fast-paced environment
Excellent business sense and scrappy get-it-done mentality
Strong communication skills
Ability to coach up, and train a team

Experience in scaling an early stage support/sales/call center team
