Practice Development and Marketing Coordinator At TMS Health Solutions

Job Description

Overview

We are looking to add a detail oriented, energetic Practice Development and Marketing Coordinator to our team. The hybrid role will be responsible for providing detailed project management, logistics and administration support in regards both clinic marketing activities and activities that support patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

Practice Development:
  • Establish & build referral leads and contacts for recruiting to clinic events
  • Participate in select networking events to encourage awareness of practice in provider community with post event follow-up strategy for continued relationship building with clinics/practice.
  • Confirm dates for events and create/push out marketing materials (mailers, emailable flyers) for fellow healthcare providers (may be drop-ins for 121 contact and setting up appointments as needed/requested based on size of opportunity)
  • Provide recap including names, contact info, context for follow-up and continued relationship building with clinics/practice
  • Escalate specific provider/lead feedback to Operations for communication and direct resolution
  • Update and version Practice Development materials upon new office openings and new providers
  • Research, establish & build awareness of new clinics, leading field activities (sometimes virtually) for new office locations
  • Coordinate specific projects on ongoing basis
Marketing:
  • Help develop booth for building company awareness at specific conferences and events
  • Plan peripheral events during any practice-supported conference
  • Make recommendations to drive attendance and awareness before event, at event
  • Create marketing materials (invitations, flyers, digital support, etc) and giveaways
  • Create tools for staffing at events, associated talking points, instruction, etc.
  • Develop materials for patient recruitment needs, including digital marketing, lead nurturing campaigns (emails, landing pages), Practice Newsletters, Recruiting Newsletters
  • Perform research and prepare required & ad-hoc reports
  • Assemble marketing collateral materials
  • Assist as needed with photoshoots, videoshoots, creating videos
  • Help plan annual Practice Education “symposium”, managing event marketing and executional details
  • Coordination of some lead gen channels including Psych Today
  • Assist with insurance portal information to market clinics, physicians

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare environment plus
  • 6 months – 2 years’ experience in sales/ account management a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but candidates with relevant care experience will be strongly considered
  • Proficiency with MS Office required, technology acumen a plus
  • Ability to easily travel throughout greater Sacramento region
