Content Marketing Manager At TMP Worldwide

Location: Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

As a Content Marketing Manager you’ll serve as a content and social media consultant, working with the rest of the Content Marketing team to execute content and social strategies. You’ll write articles, build social media content, schedule social posts, pull metrics and monitor social channels. You will drive customer satisfaction by tracking and measuring content and social media campaigns, ensuring that they reflect our clients’ brands and business goals, and are continually being refreshed and updated as new trends and technologies reach the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What does a great Content Marketing Manager do?
  • Work extensively with account teams on understanding and building towards client strategic objectives, developing comprehensive content strategies for large recruitment clients
  • Determine what content needs to be developed based on the client’s current situation (what’s already published, existing strategic objectives, short-term and long-term hiring needs, etc.)
  • Build or manage the process of building that content, ensuring it meets the clients’ needs
  • Executing and maintaining a social media program to stimulate traffic and brand awareness utilizing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
  • Present and report on social and content strategies with clients
  • Ensuring TMP’s TalentBrew software suite is utilized on a regular, strategic, and consistent basis as applicable (as a destination, content pages, job content, etc.)
  • Keep abreast to latest developments in social media best practices, trends

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for Consideration
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of social media marketing experience including blogging, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing a brand’s social media presence
  • Previous experience writing for brands
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of social analytics and key performance indicators
  • Experience with a social media scheduling and distribution tool (Spreadfast, Sprout Social Adobe, Hootsuite)
  • Able to delegate tasks to team members which will accomplish strategic initiatives
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related applications
