Responsibilities:
Planning for office services, Maintaining all administrative work and oversee administrative procedures. Prepare reports, Set priorities and meet deadlines, Creating and maintaining an effective filing & database system for all administrative and financial documents etc., Requisition of supplies and materials etc.
Requirements: High School, related experience would be an asset, Strong Computer skills, Must be able to work efficiently without supervision, meet deadlines, Ability to communicate in English, Multi tasker Benefits: Option to sign up for extended medical benefits after probation.
