TMG Industrial is an agricultural/industrial distribution company located in Delta BC with well-established B2B customer bases across North America. Currently we are planning to expand our business aggressively to B2C customers via E-Commerce online sales and looking to hire the E-commence sales representative/manager immediately.
Core job responsibilities:
- Assist to re-develop the website developer to accommodate new sales channels
- Maintain & program website backend: products, sales, promo codes, banners, pop-ups etc.
- Monitor site appearance for accuracy (correct name descriptions, photos, merchandising)
- Plan marketing incentives that drive year-over-year growth (sales, promo codes, pop ups etc)
- Communicate with clients via phone, email or other social medias in a professional and courteous manner with timely resolution
- Fill out regular sales reports and submit to accounting / third party reporting collectors
- Coordinate distribution of product through third party partners and distributors (independent wholesalers, Amazon, etc.)
- Minimum one year E-commence online sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills;
- Strong written and spoken English
- With the ability to multi-task and cope in a fast -paced environment.
- Computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Math skills and knowledge of margins and markups
- Related sales experience in industrial and agricultural product categories preferred but not necessary.
- Graphic design experience is a big asset.
