Job Description
Assist with our main Payroll application (SumTotal Accero Cyborg).
- User Account Management (setup new users/password resets)
- Python Script maintenance. (updating email addresses in scripts to deliver reports to our clients)
- Reporting (exporting data from our system, query reporting with Microsoft Access/python scripting/etc and delivering reports to our clients
- Resetting payrolls for clients
- Executing routine scripts and monitoring logs for our clients
- Execution of reports as part of our payroll process to be delivered to our payroll administrators to easy their payroll processing for their clients
- Execution of Client uploads to our system as part of our payroll process to be delivered to our payroll administrators to easy their payroll processing for their clients
Assist with client support for our Swipeclock TimeKeeping online time and attendance application. Tasks related to this are:
- User Account Management (setup new users/password resets)
- Data management (pushing payroll demographics from our payroll application to timekeeping through our API and monitoring logs to ensure Clients information is up to date)
- Assist with scripting payroll rules (C++/Java) to for Vacation Accruals, Labour Coding, Banked Time accruals, etc.
- Help desk support
Assist with our Employee Self Service Portal (A hosting service which provides client employee's to logon and view their pay statement generated from our SumTotal Accero Cyborg Payroll Application). This application has over 5000 users and responses are time sensitive Employees are accessing their pay statements. Tasks related to this are:
- User Account Management (password resets)
- Payroll information maintenance (removing payroll information from our payroll database if the business needs to reverse a payroll)
- Help Desk Support (Asset with employee's logging in to the system, general inquiries)
Assist with support for our EPAY application. Much like our Employee Self Service Portal, this is an application for a select number of Highly Important client's employees to view their pay statements online. Tasks related to this are:
- User Account Management (password resets, importing user accounts after each payroll, changing email addresses for employee's accounts)
- Generating and uploading pay statements after each payroll.
- Help Desk Support (Asset with general client inquiries)
Assist with our Horizon Application. This is a portal for sharing payroll reports, payroll inputs, and payroll outputs for our global Clients.
Tasks related to this are:
- Generating payroll reports specific to Horizon reporting after each payroll
- Generating and uploading pay statements after each payroll.
- Help Desk Support (Asset with general client inquiries)
