Digital & Payments:
Digital & Payments has a global mandate and an enterprise-wide strategy for online and mobile across TDBFG. The aim of the channel is to deliver an exceptional, seamless and effortless experience for customers and clients who manage their finances online and on mobile. Digital & Payments is accountable for the strategy, customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses. The group’s primary focus is delivering a superior customer experience and deepening customer relationship during each online sales and service interaction. Mobile is one of the fastest growing and most game changing channels in the bank.

Job Description

With TD being a leader in adoption and engagement via our mobile apps, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop critical analytical skills and contribute to driving our business leadership position. Moreover, they will have exposure to latest and greatest innovations across other industry verticals - outside of financial institutions - as we continue along our transformational path.

Typical job activities will include identifying and evaluating leading edge business and technological innovations in the FinTech and startup space. Co-ops will also act as champions of mobile fluency across the organization. We will provide you the necessary tools, resources and guidance to achieve both business and personal goals.


If you possess a passion for the digital landscape, an understanding of technology solutions and want to merge that knowledge with business strategy then this position is for you.

Job Requirements

  • Currently completing an undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Interactive Digital Media, Information Media and Technoculture, or a certificate in Computer Science Digital Strategy & Communications Management, Mobile Business Technologies
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to quickly structure problems
  • Passion and natural inclination towards emerging digital technologies
  • Technologically savvy
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Resourceful with a keen attitude towards learning
  • Ability to develop effective presentations
  • Comfortable and confident presenting to both small and larger groups in a clear and concise manner
  • Able to multitask competing priorities and work independently in a high energy and fast paced environment
  • Able to establish rapport with peers quickly and work together towards a common goal
  • Can quickly grasp complex concepts and ideas and translate them into concise findings, recommendations and solutions
  • Able to collaborate and socialize concepts and ideas
  • Able to “share the passion” and get people engaged about new ideas and concepts
