We are a high-end facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery practice in Beverly Hills looking for a creative and very detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and driven to excel in digital marketing and social media.
Must have a thorough understanding of ALL marketing platforms, especially website management (wordpress), SEO best practices, PPC management, social media, YouTube, and email. You will be working closely with the 2 surgeons at the practice and their practice managers.
Job Duties and Qualifications:
-Create and implement effective digital and social media campaigns
-Maximize lead generation through website and social media
-Generate content for digital marketing (website and social)
-Post content to the website utilizing SEO best practices
-Keep websites updated with new before/after pictures, videos, articles, etc
-Reputation management (Yelp and other review sites)
-Experienced with Wordpress
-Excellent writing skills
-Preparing weekly/monthly reports - analyze and make recommendations for optimization
-Experience using Google Analytics to assess website performance
-Manage outside SEO/PPC vendors
-Photoshop/graphic design experience
-Photography/videography experience (including editing)
-Keep files organized and shared with other team members
-Stay informed on industry standards, trends, developments
-Must be highly organized
-Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
-Ability to communicate and interact effectively with surgeons and other team members
You may be asked to join the surgeons in the operating room from time to time, so you must feel comfortable watching surgery.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree with 2 - 4 years of experience in digital + social media marketing. Please send your resume and cover letter to be considered.
