Working in partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Forward House of London is actively recruiting for a compassionate, collaborative leader to join their team of committed and loyal support professionals in London, Ontario.
In accordance with Forward House of London's mission and vision, the Executive Director will ensure the highest quality of service is consistently delivered while promoting the culture of Forward House. The Executive Director will maintain external partnerships with key stakeholder organizations and publicly represent the agency with professionalism and integrity in an ever-changing service environment.
The Executive Director will oversee the day-to-day operations to uphold and fulfill the principles and values of the organization. This senior leader will dynamically lead, develop and support all staff members to achieve long-range strategic plans and objectives, while adhering to policies, guidelines and accountability measures set forth by the Board of Directors and agency funders.
The Executive Director will be accountable for the accuracy of financial processes including budget forecasts and reports, the development and implementation of accountability systems and annual audits. Additionally, this position will guide and support all program initiatives and ensure staff are equipped with the training tools they need.
To qualify for this outstanding opportunity, the successful candidate must have extensive knowledge and work experience in the developmental sector. The candidate will have relevant post-secondary education/training with demonstrated hands-on experience effectively leading a team. This senior leader will have acquired experience and knowledge of government relations and all associated processes. In addition, this individual will have excellent skills in negotiation, having previously worked within a unionized environment. Well-developed communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships, will position the new leader for success.
