Executive Assistant to help assist and organize a very creative business owner. Candidate must be flexible and capable of working out of company home office in Brentwood, company kitchens in Pasadena and Santa Monica and also independently from home. This position requires someone who is very organized and professional who can talk to potential customers, be creative enough to assist in preparation of marketing materials, and most importantly is able to do detailed research on the internet and export the information into spreadsheets. Expert level of Office 360 is required.
This person will be working closely with the owner to help build and grow this start up business. Someone who is business savvy, hard working, and personable would be a perfect fit.
