We are looking for a dynamic, energetic results driven Business Solutions Representative (BSR) to join our outbound sales team in our Greater Vancouver market. Prime offers unlimited earning potential, competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, plus incentive and health & dental benefits programs.
The BSR is responsible for selling Rogers products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This sales guru is focused on acquisition and netting new business, achieves business targets through daily cold calling and hot knocking on local small to medium businesses. The BSR will develop new and ongoing relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company. In pursuit of success, the BSR tenacious and entrepreneurial attitude keeps them on top of their game. BSR hold themselves accountable to results and desire to be recognized in the business community as the wireless small and medium business expert.
More about the role:
SS Meet and exceed assigned sales targets using innovative selling techniques and knowledge of the client to grow business within a base of prospect accounts
SS Leverage the full suite of Rogers Wireless, Wireline and Data Centre products/services and all of Rogers assets and relationships to develop and uncover business opportunities
SS Initiate and build strong rapport and relationships with new and existing client base from small business to executive level clients, growing network of client opportunities
SS Generate targeted, custom pricing proposals
SS Develop extensive account and relationship growth strategies to gain insider status towards growing new business within prospect accounts
SS Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions by working with key internal contact
SS Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within Prime or Rogers
SS Actively participate in regular sales meetings
SS Commits to a cycle of continual learning about products, services and selling skills and techniques,
attend training events, online training modules and in-class courses as required
SS Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows, conference calls and webinars
SS Effective use of current reporting/sales management tools to enter all sales and client information into the system
SS Provides updates via CRM Tool (SalesForce.com) with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of sales/customer/funnel activity
Successful candidates will bring the following:
* 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business sales role within the communications, technology and/or retail service industries
* A valid BCDL and access to a vehicle full time to travel to client and team meetings
* A proven track record delivering top line sales exceeded sales performance objectives
* Excellent communication and rapport building ability having strong verbal and written presentation skills
* Works well in high pressure sales environment, works well under pressure, remaining results driven and solutioned focussed
* Demonstrated knowledge of CRM and tracking applications such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics an asset
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed within region to meet evolving business needs
