Customer Success Manager At Prevue HR Systems Inc.

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

About the Ideal Customer Success Manager:

You love building relationships with customers, learning about their business and being able to tailor solutions to meet their needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, as are you organizational ones. You like to problem-solve. You have a keen eye for spotting upsell opportunities. The idea of travelling to a clients office to meet with them in-person to discuss their goals excites you. You live and breath customer service.

You have experience with technology and love learning new things. You have innovative ideas and know how to put them into action. You enjoy working in a close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Renewing accounts in a timely manner
  • Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Looking for upsell opportunities to pass back to sales reps
  • Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees
  • Providing loyalty check-ins
  • Customer onboarding and training
Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company)
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company
  • Salesforce/Desk.com (or any helpdesk) experience considered an asset
