A Day In The Life:
Respond to customer complaints and resolve them in a way that ensures the customer will return again quickly and ensures that every customer leaves happy. Recruit, retain, train and develop an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to the customer. Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors necessary to gain employees' loyalty, satisfaction and pride. Scheduling staff weeks in advance to provide sufficient restaurant coverage, while at the same time controlling labor costs. Responsible for liquor revenue through ordering, receiving and conducting inventory. Maintain safe and secure working conditions throughout all areas of the operation for the well-being of restaurant staff and the protection of restaurant assets. Ensure that all restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and on a timely basis including but not limited to: daily sheets, purchase orders, accounts payable, bank deposits and employment-related forms.
- $60,000 annually salary, plus bonuses & commission

41+ per week
3+ years' experience in restaurant/bar management. Experience in Food Safety + Planning. Regional Manager's Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager's Certification. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage + labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities. Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. Coachable: actively looks for feedback to grow and improve. Self-starters: takes initiative, thinks of the big picture, relays store needs and communicates with the team.
