Perfect Number is a Los Angeles-based fashion e-commerce start-up that focuses on well-made and thoughtfully designed clothing for the new generation woman. At Perfect Number, our mission is to explore and establish a new femininity. We are focusing on building a community of smart, confident and independent women and serving their lifestyle through our Perfect Number editorial, fashion and lifestyle products. Perfect Number has a sister-project Perfect Mag, an online magazine, aimed at all women, providing a space to discuss gender, politics, the shifting nature of femininity, contemporary culture and lifestyle.

Where we need help?

We are a start-up with a small nimble team, all incredibly passionate about the Perfect Number mission. To help us build a smooth and efficient process from design studio to customers' doors, we are searching for an Operations Assistant to help us with day-to-day sales operations flow and setting up the customer service.

• Manage brand's inventory on sales platform, uploading new and keeping track of existing styles
• Oversee orders flow across sales and shipping platforms, process the returns
• Create and maintain the customer support guidelines, communicate with customers on resolving their incoming support requests
• Daily fulfill orders together with Production Assistant
• Maintain couriers relations to establish the most effective shipping strategy both U.S. and International
• Attend weekly Meetings to share sales platform reports, collaborate on the insights with Perfect Number merchandiser and financial director
• Provide design and Development team with online shop performance updates, report bugs and share customers feedback

Essential skills

• High-level of attention to detail are requirement
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments at once and be a team player between various departments
• Must be organized, responsible, resourceful, be able to take initiative and must have excellent communication skills

Your nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Shopify operations at least 1 year
• Shipstation is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour

Experience:

• Customer Relations: 1 year (Preferred)
• Shopify: 1 year (Preferred)
