Responsible for the Frito Lay business at Dollarama, Dollar Tree & Giant Tiger (East).
Develop annual customer plans to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets.
Lead the 3-year Dollar Channel strategy. Taking a holistic approach inclusive of portfolio, space & merchandising, service and eComm. Gaining internal cross-functional alignment and external customer alignment.
Accountable for building customer volume and 4 P’s (product, price, promotion & placement) goals and objectives by category for our Frito-Lays Snack portfolio.
Enable execution of customer plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada’s Area selling teams via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication.
Leverage category and shoppers’ insights data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives.
Strong collaboration required with internal cross-functional teams within PepsiCo Foods Canada as well as PepsiCo Beverages Canada
Input and leadership into customer & channel specific pack innovation and involvement throughout the commercialization process.
Voice of the Customer internally with cross functional Category Management, Sales Strategy, Shopper Insight and Shopper Marketing Teams
Responsible for developing a business relationship at assigned accounts and for providing these accounts with information about selling, profitability and placement of PepsiCo Foods products.
Be a strategic thinking partner to customers as it relates to overall strategy as well as within the savoury snacks categories.
Requires solid communication, marketing and analytical skills.
Develop, negotiate and lead PFC field execution of customer plans to achieve growth targets.
Enable execution of customer plans by the PFC Sales Area selling teams via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication.
Role can be based on Toronto or Montreal
University degree, preferably in business discipline
3 – 5 years managing large national accounts as an Account Manager and / or 3 – 5 years DSD/Warehouse front line management experience
Bilingual in English/French is an asset
Ability to develop and execute strategic, fact based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges.
