The QNA team is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where charting a clear path in the face of ambiguity, bringing others along, and executing flawlessly are crucial. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute the innovation strategy for QNA’s #1 priority – hot cereal category.
As a Senior Marketing Manager on the QNA Innovation Team, you will be a critical team member in developing a strategy to drive hot cereal growth and deliver projects against that strategy in close partnership with the brand team. The candidate in this role will be responsible for complex breakthrough innovation, capital investment projects, as well as refresh innovation.
We are a nimble team, this experience will develop and showcase your ability to stay on top of leading trends, think strategically, act quickly and think outside the box to fully realize product ideas from concept to launch.
Must have a BS/BA degree along with 5-7 years of direct, full-time work experience. MBA strongly preferred.

Strong written and oral communication skills
A curiosity to learn about any and all parts of innovation (pack, product, etc.) and the functions (operations, supply, etc.) that go into turning concepts into products
A flexible and 360 marketing/GM like mindset
