Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager for Foodservice, this position will directly impact and influence the growth and profitability of our key restaurant customers in Foodservice; MTY Group, Boston Pizza, Little Cesar’s, Dairy Queen & Groupex.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will work closely with the Brand teams, Sales team and Customer team to execute Foods and Beverages innovation and Brand programming. This position will participate in the development of consumer focused strategies and marketing plans, aide in the development of total customer AOP and will lead the execution of the annual marketing plans to achieve both short and long term financial and strategic objectives.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor Degree required (Commerce, Marketing preferred)
2 years plus years of Brand, Customer, Insights Marketing experience
Self-starter with strong ownership, able to work independently on projects
Solid organizational and project management skills – able to establish priorities, strong detailed execution and ability to multi-task
Ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information to develop understanding and insights
A combination of Beverage and/or CPG Industry Marketing experience considered is an asset.
