The Executive Education Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, executing and managing the marketing portfolio for the Executive Education department at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. This role will coordinate marketing outreach and strategy for both web and print needs, gather and interpret marketing analytics and collaborate closely with Executive Education and Marketing teams.
A successful applicant will possess basic concepts of marketing and communication, including web page updates, social media purchasing, copy writing, graphic design and marketing analytics. This position will report to the Director of Operations, Executive Education. This assignment has an anticipated duration of six months.

Skills and Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field; hands on experience in content management; proven experience in social media and e-mail marketing; excellent copy writing skills; ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video); solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics. Knowledge of online marketing channels; excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills; strong time and project management skills. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred: MBA and/or equivalent work experience; preferred experience in higher education. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign; Experience in Radian6/Social Studio and/or demonstrated experience using an enterprise social listening/publishing tool.
