Hours: This is a full-time position (30 hours per week, M-F 9am - 4pm, this schedule is flexible)
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Junior Web Designer/Developer for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
This design/develop role will be responsible for migrating a series of websites from an older platform into our current brand standards and content management system templates. The successful candidate with work closely with a project manager and our front end development team. They will be responsible for design, styling, interaction, and markup for websites. The position has knowledge of HTML and CSS with an emphasis on refining digital user experiences that advance reputation, engagement and conversion goals. Additionally, the position requires experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and testing the front-end of content-intensive websites within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with responsive websites and content management systems
- Expert HTML skills
- Intermediate CSS3 skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
