OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Mejuri is looking for a leader whose main objectives are to own the acquisition funnel and attract engaged customers to Mejuri through organic, paid, and email. You will be one of the founding team members of our growth marketing team. You will manage performance marketing specialists on the team, help build the growth marketing team, and will work collaboratively with brand marketing, creative, technology, operations, and customer happiness teams to devise and implement growth initiatives. You have a proven track record at strategic and tactical levels and willing to get your hands dirty.

  • Work with the technology team to implement analytics enhancements
  • Work with the technology team to select and integrate third party tools (if any) into the company's analytics structure
  • Work with leadership to define the company's growth strategies to meet revenue target
  • Analyze the acquisition funnel and identify where resources/focus should be allocated
  • Lead the ideation of new growth initiatives across all channels and departments
  • Prioritize growth initiatives to meet objectives
  • Work with cross functional teams to design, test, and implement prioritized growth initiatives
  • Select KPIs and continuously quantify, measure, and report on progress against goals
  • Assist in hiring a team required to execute on growth strategies.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High analytical skills and very comfortable with numbers
  • Ability to translate numbers into effective experiments
  • 6+ years in growth marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, project and people management
  • Able to challenge status quo and think creatively
  • Successful experience in past growth initiatives
  • Comfortable with all acquisition channels: organic, paid, social, and email
  • Passion for building brands
  • Motivated by fast paced/high growth environments
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes in priorities
  • SQL proficiency is a major plus
