The mandate for this role is to expand your business through sales development and to further grow the size and quality of your network. In this role you will be working with a team of experienced search professionals, you will be determined to make your business the number one choice in Recruitment Services. Your success will depend on meeting your client's needs by working closely with the Magna team, and team of analysts to match the right candidates with the right career opportunities.

Hard Requirements:

• High Business Acumen, and can speak at all altitudes. Can hold a conversation regardless of 'audience'

Demonstrated ability to qualify potential candidates in all industries, and gain understanding of 'fit' for client AND role.

• You are Tenacious, and can persevere through struggles and challenges - not a QUITTER!
• Driven to succeed and be constantly looking for greater results.
• Maintain a high level of motivation; energy and your natural ability to connect with people through listening and questioning are all vital to this role.
• Track record of success in business, consulting, sales, OR recruitment is required
• In-depth knowledge of specific industries
• A well-developed network of business professionals, BUT is certainly not required
• Experience developing strategic client relationships and can manage them successfully
• Exceptional organization skills
• Positive and upbeat attitude
