Business Development / Account Manager - Recruiting At Magna Search Group

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Magna Search Group is seeking additional Search Consultants to grow and expand their desks with new clients and manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process. We’re a tight knit group making a dent in an incredible challenging and rewarding industry. Magna Search Group provides the world’s biggest companies, and companies you’ve never heard of with professional recruitment services to fit their hiring needs. We are looking to add another full time sales guru to our incredibly talented roster.

Our company will appeal to the hunters who like to work hard toward achieving their goals, while celebrating their successes with an amazing team along the way. This is a role that should resonate with someone who aspires to become a valued consultant that numerous companies depend on to solve their complex problems. You will learn how to sell with the best, in any industry, to any level, while understanding recruitment needs and ultimately, delivering clients the results they hold Magna Search Group accountable for. This individual is expected to develop their own client relationships, manage enterprise accounts, and build a successful book of business that spans from the Pacific to the Atlantic. Together with our team of experienced search professionals, you will work harder than any of our competitors in achieving uncapped success.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing OR Communications.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or communications.
  • Ambitious appetite for success.
  • Passion for selling and building new relationships is a MUST.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Collaborative and team-first mentality.
  • Consistent track record of self improvement, and sees yourself as someone who’s going places.
  • Tenacious, and can persevere through struggles and challenges.
  • Documented success in corporate B2B sales, recruitment, or business consulting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • Base salary, benefits, uncapped commission; will be discussed during interview process.
  • On target earnings: $100,000-120,000 with the potential to earn much more as a top performer.
