Account Manager - Recruitment At Magna Search Group

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Due to our continued growth in new client acquisition we’re currently looking to hire an Account Manager to be based in our Vancouver office. The successful candidate will positively impact business results by executing full cycle recruitment strategies and driving and acting as a world class talent scout. We’re located in the Richmond/Vancouver boarder (Marpole Area)

In this role you will be responsible for growing and expanding your desk with new clients and manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process. We’re a tight knit group making a dent in an incredible challenging and rewarding industry. We provide the world’s biggest companies, and companies you’ve never heard of with professional recruitment services to fit their hiring needs. We are looking to add another full time Account Manager to our incredibly talented roster. If you LOVE sales, account management, and making warm/cold introductions, and growing your professional network, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications OR Business
  • Proven Account Management/Sales background is a must. You should be comfortable calling customers and be willing to grow existing accounts
  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry is ideal
  • Can strategically maneuver through companies to get the decision maker on the phone
  • Ambitious appetite for success.
  • Exceptional written communications skills is a MUST
  • Strong negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Collaborative and team-first mentality.
  • Consistent track record of self improvement, and sees yourself as someone who’s going places.
  • Tenacious, and can persevere through struggles and challenges.
  • Corporate B2B sales, recruitment, or business consulting.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Commission + Lots of advancement opportunities
