Magic Jump, Inc. and Magic Jump Rentals, Inc. in the city of Sun Valley, California. Magic Jump, Inc. and Magic Jump Rentals, Inc. are sister companies, we manufacture inflatable bounce houses and a party rental company located in Sun Valley, CA. Since 1996, we have grown to be one of the biggest and most reliable manufacture of inflatable bounce house and party rental companies in Southern California.

This position will work under the direction of upper management from both companies (President, Vice-President, General Manager, and VP of Marketing) to develop and execute a variety of projects. This position will support Magic Jump, Inc. and Magic Jump Rentals, Inc. with various administrative and projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are in search of a go-getter and who has experience in marketing, basic program coding, and knowledge of updating our companies' websites. This ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of a job from concept to execution. This position will must be able to and have the willingness to jump into a project at any point and do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for someone who can work hands-on with our current team and t who doesn't mind rolling up their selves to complete the project or task. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent writing skills,

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week).

Salary will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Update companies' websites: verifying product features, images, specifications, and editing product information.
• Campaign tactics: social media, brand awareness, direct marketing, media placement and advertising
• Manage, update, design and email marketing campaigns
• Familiar with and adept at utilizing various social media platforms for marketing purposes
• Work closely with the marketing team, Graphic designers, and upper management to ensure optimal outcome of projects or task assigned to you.
• Interface and collaborate with all departments as needed (Human Resources, sales, Marketing, Management)

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum experience designing digital platforms
• Familiarity in layout and web design
• Can effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure design are on brand and in line with companies' expectations.
• Proficient and has knowledge of the following; graphic design applications, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator,
• Strong Creative Writing and Communication Skills
• Execute and ensure completion of projects from start to finish
• Ability to react to directional changes quickly and positively, and able to receive and implement constructive feedback as well.
• Any experience with SEM, SEO Graphic Design, and programming a plus
