This position will work under the direction of upper management to develop and execute a variety of digital marketing projects. This position will support 3 different brands with various digital projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. This DM Superhero will enhance the marketing efforts, provide visionary goals, and strategically drive creative growth strategies toward success. The DM Superhero will be interacting with in-house creative designers on a daily basis.
We are in search of a go-getter and who has experience in a broad aspect of marketing including; Digital Marketing, Market Strategy, and Branding. This ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of a job from concept to execution. This Superhero must be able to Leap Tall Buildings and have the willingness to jump into a project at any point and do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for someone who can work hands-on with our current team and who doesn't mind rolling up their selves to complete the project or task. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and able to multi-task effectively.
Salary will be based on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Developing and executing online marketing strategies in promoting our organization's product or service utilizing digital platforms, including social media, web, and email blast.
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and priorities.
Oversee and updating companies' websites and content including verifying and editing of product features, images, specifications, and editing product information.
Evaluate regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend/implement needed changes, enhancements, additional modifications or terminations of campaigns, etc.
Work closely with the marketing team, Graphic designers, and upper management to ensure optimal outcome of projects or task assigned to you.
Interface and collaborate with all departments as needed (Human Resources, sales, Marketing, Management)
Qualifications & Qualifications
BA or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Strong Creative Writing and Communication Skills
Execute and ensure completion of projects from start to finish
Ability to react to directional changes quickly and positively, and able to receive and implement constructive feedback as well.
Any experience with SEM, SEO Graphic Design, and programming a plus
