Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Localize.city is looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our fast-growing team in NYC. In this new role, you will be on the front lines of Localize’s efforts as we revolutionize how people find their next place to live. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of New York’s residential real estate market, its major players, personalities, and sales cycles. This is a sales job and the ideal candidate will be someone who’s hungry to win, willing to hustle and be out there getting the deals done.
What you will be doing?
  • CLOSE DEALS
  • Work closely with our head of strategic partnership and market development to engage and grow our sales funnel.
  • Develop Localize’s narrative to the New York brokerage community
  • Maintain a high volume of daily activity including calls, emails, and in-person pitches
  • Update and customize sales collateral
  • Utilize Pipedrive
  • CLOSE DEALS
  • Analyze and identify insights from our activities to drive improvement to our process and product
  • Growing your own skills in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • CLOSE DEALS

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of sales experience (in real estate a plus!)
  • Love the game, love sales, love people, love being out there.
  • Ability to read a situation and quickly pivot. Realize the deck’s not working? Pitch isn’t resonating? Make the change and get it done.
  • Passion for real estate and technology, you eat, breathe and dream this space.
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running on day one, with a plan in hand or not
  • A deep belief in the product.
  • Extreme attention to detail. While the perfect can’t be the enemy of the good, you dot your i’s and cross your t’s.
  • Excellent communication skills.

What will make you stand out
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Prior real estate experience and relationships with brokerages, developers, property managers a plus

  • Make our revenue projection look conservative and have fun while doing it
