Client Sales Coordinator (Menswear) At MADE Clothing Co.

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

MADE Clothing Co. is a Toronto based menswear company that specializes in quality custom suits, shirts and accessories. MADE is currently looking for a customer service enthusiast, organization extraordinaire to join us as our full-time Client Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the team with managing the front-of-house operations. You will support the management team by managing inbound leads and converting sales opportunities, providing personal styling and sales to MADE clientele, processing and timeline management of orders, as well as helping with customer communication and service. This role offers a competitive salary + bonus.

Specific responsibilities for your role would include:

  • Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Interact and engage with clients of the studio in person, by email and phone, including staying on top of Sales and Service follow-ups
  • Manage inbound sales leads providing style and product guidance to potential customers, and convert these prospects to booked appointments.
  • Coordinate bookings of customer appointments to ensure optimum appointment coverage and successful completion of order timelines
  • Execute client follow-ups for appointments and alterations
  • Respond to client requests in a timely manner
  • Support our sales process, working with our Menswear Stylists to complete customer appointments and capture date in our CRM system
  • Communicate with warmth and professionalism in person, by email and over the phone
  • Give full attention to what clients are saying and take the time to understand their needs
  • Assist with marketing any events or additional customer activity that may take place in the studio
  • Work directly with Sales Manager to improve customer experience, and relay information and feedback to increase efficiency
  • Support and communicate all studio initiatives
  • Help scale our business by sharing best practices and building processes
  • Bring forward new ideas, initiatives, and improvements of existing functions and truly control the sales and service of the business
  • Solve problems with initiative, by asking questions, and creating winning results through a combination of proactive and analytical behavior. Be an entrepreneur!

ABOUT YOU:

You are exceptional at keeping things organized and you have impeccable time management skills. You know what it takes to provide top-notch customer service, and you pay attention to all the little details to make sure that the customers know they have been taken care of. It goes without saying that you have a love for fashion and menswear and can't get enough of the fast-paced retail environment. In addition, you also bring with you the following:

  • You possess a minimum of 2 years experience in any of the following:
    • Account or Client Management, Customer Service
    • Executive Assistant or Office Administration
    • Small Business or Startup environment
  • University Degree/College Diploma preferred, especially in Retail/Fashion Design
  • Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and with speaking to clients, team members, vendors. Ability to communicate strategically, conveying the right information to handle sales opportunities or service issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and CRM systems is a preferred asset
  • Passionate and comfortable conversing about Styling and Menswear
  • Process Oriented. Structure excites you and is where you thrive! You have a demonstrated ability to follow business processes and systems, and you get excited by the opportunity to build new processes and structure.
  • Extremely Service Oriented - actively looking for ways to help people
  • Exceptional Organization and Time Management Skills are indispensable in being able to coordinate numerous client orders in the various stages of our sales cycle.
  • Experience working in a clientele based environment.
  • Strongly identify with the MADE brand and want to help grow our business.
  • Strong problem solving ability coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Driven and motivated to put your best effort into your work
  • Knowledge about men's tailoring, pattern design, garment alterations, and fabrics is helpful
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments
