Sales Representative At MacroAgility System, Inc.

Location: Vaughan, Ontario

Job Description

MacroAgility is a highly people-oriented organization where we work in a Team collaboration mode to empower our client to reach their business goals and make them more proficient. We operate in the space of customer service excellence, offering the most feasible information technology-based solutions and assist them in realizing their goals. We pick good followers and develop leaders in our organization so our employees can support clients more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

-Learn the technical details concerning how the software works and what problems it solves for our clients

-Build rapport with customers by providing accurate guidance

-Be able to do demonstrations for potential customers
-Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
-Manage customer relations and evaluate the data we receive through digital channels
-Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
-Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
-Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
-Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
-Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
-Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
-Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
-Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
-Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
-Update customer records in the company database as required
-Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
-Understand and overcome potential client objections.
-support and assist with sales proposals
-Suggest upsell software to customers
-Travelling required, valid passport

Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience,
-3-5 years' experience in a sales team
-A result oriented and ambitious individual
-Previous experience in sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
-Demonstrated skill in demonstrating software, negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
-experience in an inbound/outbound sales role
-Cold calling experience
-Team player

Compensation is base pay plus commission
