The Corporate Operations Group in Macquarie brings together specialist support services in Digital Transformation & Data, Technology, Market Operations, Human Resources, Business Services, Business Improvement & Strategy, Brand & Marketing and the Macquarie Group Foundation.

A full-time TM1 DevOps graduate opportunity has become available in the Technology team in our Jacksonville office. This role is for current seniors interested in starting this summer.

You will have an opportunity to learn/ gain exposure to a variety of technologies which support FMG (Financial Management Group), including our main General Ledger Accounting system, Accounts Payable system, Business intelligence/reporting tools, regulatory and tax reporting tools. This role will report directly to the TM1 Team leader.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day support of the TM1 Models

  • User and Security administration

  • System setup and maintenance

  • Issue tracking and resolution

  • Meeting with key users to determine system and report design

  • Managing development of minor enhancements of the system and coordination of business user acceptance testing

  • Maintaining and developing procedures documentation for the team

  • Monitoring and promoting the effective use of application

  • Assist the TM1 team leader in delivery of key projects

Professional Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

  • Strong data analysis skill set and understanding the importance of data and metadata

  • Understanding business problems and thinking of end to end solution

  • Understanding existing business models and providing support to business users and solutions to their queries

  • Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide deliverables within prompt timeframes

  • Experience in data science will be an added advantage

Technical Requirements:

  • Data science such as Python R

  • Understanding of excel functions and dashboard preparation

  • Allocations, consolidations and FX processing

  • Power shell programming/ Cloud programming (AWS) and SQL skills preferred
