Job Summary
Seeking a Junior Service Advisor to work in our Certified Service Express Lane. This is a fast-paced, no appointment necessary, 30 minute "check in to check out" dedicated lane.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Explain work to customers as needed
- Ensure that work is being performed properly and time schedule is being met
- Pre-book customers next service appointments
- Initiate and process repair orders
- Review additional work recommendations with customers and schedule an appointment for any additional work to be performed
- Accepts payment and provides copy of invoice
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
