We are currently hiring an intern looking for a summer term position, May to August 2020. Candidates in an undergraduate program that will be returning to school after the internship to be eligible to apply.
Located in our Toronto office, the Distribution business is currently seeking a Co-op student to join our Learning & Development team to support the work of the L&D team and assist creating and updating training materials.
- Work cross-functionally with other Managers on learning measurement & job-aid creation
Update existing training documents & curriculum
Maintain and edit materials in print and online
Support the Virtual Learning Consultant in planning and execution of Learning & Development initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
- Registered students returning to school in 2020 in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills
Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
An interest and passion for learning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of web (HTML, CSS) and/or graphic design considered a plus
Strong social media skills a plus
