Mackay Communications, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager, with the required experience and qualifications described below, to join our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER SUMMARY
The primary goal of the Accounts Payable (AP) Manager will be to create and maintain the most efficient, timely, and streamlined accounts payable department in the industry. The Accounts Payable Manager will direct and oversee the daily management of six (6) AP employees in three (3) countries and all processes associated with the payment of foreign and domestic invoices, processing purchase orders, as well as ensuring all records are accurate and complete. The AP Manager will serve as the key liaison between the AP department and internal and external parties, including but not limited to vendors, Credit Managers, suppliers, employees, and government agencies.
