The primary role of the Digital Account Manager is the ongoing day-to-day support and execution of digital campaigns including paid social, paid search, and creative initiatives. This individual works directly with the Chief Strategy Officer, and Paid Media Specialists to assist with client reporting, research, planning and ongoing client projects.

Upon joining the Liquid Lock Team, Paid Media Coordinators are immersed in the daily activities which include working with our digital specialists, coordinating initiatives for both the company and it's clients, and staying ahead of client projects. Paid Media Coordinators are also very friendly, love talking with clients, have exceptional presentation skills, excellent organizational skills and solid technical skills.
Key Results Areas:
*Maintain client deliverables, ensuring they are high-quality, free of errors, on strategy and on time
*Support the Chief Strategy Officer and Paid Media Specialists with keeping client communication streamlined, detailed follow-ups on calls, and making sure projects are uploaded to our project management system Trello
*Maintain and advance an understanding of industry trends and proactively research industry related paid media
*Assist in the development of digital marketing strategy and launch plans
*Assist in generating weekly, and monthly performance reports for all clients, with the ability to recognize performance trends and troubleshoot data anomalies
*Maintain a high level of awareness with client activities through familiarity of client websites and other web properties
*Finish assigned client and internal projects on-time, error-free
*Assist with client monthly reports within the time-frame of the shared monthly report schedule
*Responsible for proofreading content and ensuring quality of message
*Proactive in seeking out new Team projects, initiatives and self-learning opportunities while remaining flexible and willing to contribute
