Digital Marketing Specialist - English / Bahasa Speaking

Today, present on 5 continents, the LCI Education network has 23 higher education campuses and some 2000 employees who train more than 12,000 students each year around the world. From one country to another, LCI Education favours the harmonization of its programs, which allows for greater flexibility, better control over the quality of its services and a deeper respect for the various cultures it meets.

We are looking for a result-oriented person for whom the optimization of a campaign is endless. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will join a talented team which promoted collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation. This position is located in Vancouver. The successful candidate will work alongside LaSalle College Vancouver and Languages Across Borders marketing team and report to LCI Education's Digital Media Team Leader based in Montreal.


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimizing the performance of PPC and social media campaigns to achieve specific performance goals. The campaign manager will work closely with different teams to ensure the execution of quality omnichannel campaigns.


  • Develop, manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and CRM
  • Present performance indicators and campaign results
  • Propose and manage optimization projects to improve campaign ROI
  • Implement content and pixels on the various websites
  • Ensure the optimization of the content of web pages to promote organic referencing
  • Perform competitive intelligence on its territories


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 7 years’ experience in paid search and display campaign management
  • Strong capacity in data analysis via Excel and Google Analytics
  • Strong transversal experience in acquisition program management (SEM, social media, Email, Affiliation)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Experience with the use of a CRM and a CMS (asset)
  • Google Adwords and Analytics certification (asset)
  • Proficiency in the following languages: English and Bahasa
  • Intermediate level of Mandarin (asset)
