Our firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator; a highly resourceful out-of-the-box and multi-talented thinker who can successfully reconcile the advantages of social media and web presence with the more traditional tasks, to transform our brand into a strategic element of our firm's drive for success, and who will also assist the Market Intelligence team as required.
The Marketing Coordinator maintains and carries out initiatives crucial to the firm's visibility with clients and potential clients. They maintain pertinent initiatives, adopt or enact new ones and evaluate their effect through the use of set indicators including a cost-benefit analysis. They also act as a link with external marketing consultants and contribute to the assessment of sponsorship opportunities and their suitability for Landmark Advisory Services Inc. ("LAS"). Activities encompass corporate marketing, client marketing, property marketing and electronic and traditional presence with all related means, such as social media, professional networks, signs, etc. Tasks include, decision-making and evaluation, research for images and data, content writing and translation, document and template creation, graphic design tasks, identifying and ordering materials, coordinating processes, dealing with suppliers, updating and maintaining data and databases and providing information to various parties.
Main functions and responsibilities
Data collection, transformation and dissemination:
Producing and distributing, to the real estate community at large, a list or database of availabilities and directing availability inquiries to the appropriate Transaction Manager;
Maintain/update local developers, brokers and landlords circulation lists for various markets across Canada;
Tracking transaction volume on an ongoing basis;
Gathering data, continually, for client annual reports;
Other as required.
Marketing material design, creation, maintenance and updating (presentations, reports, flyers, teasers, templates, business cards, etc.) for:
Transaction Managers (property marketing);
Clients (client marketing);
LAS (corporate marketing).
Execution of and contribution to, regular or impromptu campaigns:
New business contribution
Client satisfaction surveys
Receptions and parties
Other as required
Driving of the firm's corporate marketing process with the use of all available tools.
Building, maintaining and transmitting company brand values
Tracking trends and monitoring competition
Coordinate efforts and initiative with the firm's external marketing partners
Participate, as required in the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans and disseminate them as required to other
Assisting the Market Intelligence team
Communicating with pertinent parties to collect data for survey purposes
Supporting transaction team as required
You are a creative out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver who pays significant attention to detail and whose foresight creates a vision which you can communicate easily to the firm's partners as well and other stakeholders.
Fluently bilingual in written and oral French and English with a marketing degree from a recognised institution, you have at least two years' experience in cutting-edge marketing environments producing optimal results. The prerequisite software staple skills such as Microsoft Office, InDesign, etc. being de rigueur, your skillset includes paid social media advertising expertise, sales skills, specific marketing channel expertise, objective thinking, analyzing quantifiable metrics, listening skills, agility, execution and analysis of drip and other marketing campaigns, a mix of creativity and analytical abilities, good copy and visual/digital storytelling abilities, a likeable personality, understanding CMS (content management systems), abilities to promote and to self-promote, understanding of brevity, analysing quantifiable metrics, and design skills. A basic understanding of the commercial real estate industry would be an asset but is not mandatory.
