Marketing is at the core of our world and at the heart of where we make our decisions. Marketers understand the consumer… really understand the consumer. They ask questions. Find answers. They take the extra step to work towards a vision for future success, while driving revenue and profit. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.

Associate Brand Managers are leaders in our business. You turn product ideas into iconic brands on the table. Your responsibilities will span across advertising, product development, packaging, and trade & consumer promotions, all the way to manufacturing. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of colleagues from sales, operations, research & development, and quality. You’ll build and execute plans to deliver on annual and longer term financial goals, all while managing the day-to-day needs of the business. And, to bring the brand plan to life for consumers, you will collaborate with our retailer partners to drive category growth.

Incredible opportunity to take full ownership and make a huge impact across our Kraft Heinz Desserts Portfolio, working with iconic brands alongside a collaborative, passionate and driven team with lots of company exposure. The key brand you’ll lead is Jet-Puffed Marshmallows which has a huge growth agenda, as well as working on iconic brands such as Jell-O and Bakers.

Key Components of the Role

  • Lead mid and long-term brand and innovation strategy
  • Collaborative with R&D, Consumer Insights, Manufacturing (Internal and External), Engineering, Sales and Finance to take innovation ideas from concepts to reality
  • Advance consumer insights and brand strategy
  • Lead communication strategy
  • Lead agency relationships for communications and package design
  • Utilize business analytics (share, volume and revenue drivers, competition) to drive business objectives
  • Ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Collaborate with Category & Sales to develop strategic customer partnerships

*Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred (Marketing emphasis is ideal)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data and form logical conclusions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for consumer marketing
  • Strong ownership skills
