- Under supervision of Assistant Marketing Manager or Team Manager, Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of marketing communication activities for all Hair/Nail Chemical related brands. Also execute plans to reach marketing KPIs, create integrated marketing communication plan, and implement both digital and traditional approaches and integrating these plans into channel plans.
1. Brand Marketing Support
- Ensure all online offline marketing activities stay brand consistent
- Brand Analysis: Performances, Trend & Market Study, SWOT’s, etc
- Coordinate & execute brand photo-shoot and video shoot and product shoots
2. Promotional Good Development
- Conceptualize and strategize the promotional items for brand marketing
- Oversee development process to ensure we are sourcing best quality at best price
- Create promotional products (T.shirts, flyers…etc.)
- Strategize Promotional NPD (seasons items, Holiday items…etc.)
3. Online Marketing Coordination
Social media/Digital Marketing
- Coordinate & execute all social media and digital marketing plans and execution (coordinate with current 3rd party social media vendor)
- Coordinate & execute monthly content deck (concept, contents, model & photographer selection)
- Coordinate & execute all content and copies on all brand platforms
- Coordinate & execute Media buy strategy for all Ads
Website/Ecommerce (Kiss Colors)
- Strategize website concept, content, and imagery to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate & execute all content and copies on website
- Coordinate & execute all online promo plans (tbd)
- Coordinate & execute contents for retailers request on banners and digital Ads (tbd)
4. Offline Marketing Coordination
Trade show Support (B2C)
- Assist Event coordinator for all overall consumer shows
- Booth marketing plan (Strategize traffic stoppers, event for interaction, linkage with social media, education programs & demos, educate Pro team and staffs for proper selling and brand imagery)
- Sell Plan (Strategize sell plan based NSP, SRP, and common discounts offered at shows)
- Fixtures/Displays/Overall Visual (booth fixture coordination, new display development arrange to PM, Conceptualize and request all graphics for booth and fixture, Arrange photo-shoot for any images needed for show graphics)
Offline Event
- Assist Event coordinator for all overall events
- Arrange and coordinate In-store demo events for major retailers
5. Trade Marketing Support
- Assisting planning of marketing activities targeted to retail purchases
- Retail Couponing and Demo planning and Execution
- Build sales promotions (such as coupon) and product communication
- Support B2B magazine AD (or other trade magazines) concept & execution
6. Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing. Additional expertise in development/sales, supply chain, or logistics a plus
- Passionate about beauty and fashion industry
- Willing to travel on weekends, flexible working hours
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all various departments.
- Highly organized and calendar driven with the ability to handle many important tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and support decisions
- Proficient with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Fluent English in speaking and writing. (Korean speaking is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
