The Kingston Frontenac Public Library has an opening for the position of Relief Programming Assistant. This position has no regular hours and requires availability for days, evenings and weekends. Shifts will be assigned on a casual, as-needed basis throughout the year.
The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks that assist in providing library services to the community.
Responsibilities will include program delivery for all ages, from early childhood through adult, as well as participation in community outreach and leading technology- and maker-based programming (e.g. Play to Learn, Art Hive, guest speakers, Queen’s student orientations).
Wages: $24.71 - $27.08 per hour (plus 4% vacation pay and 14% in lieu of benefits)
