Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a high-performing National Account Manager based in Vancouver. The successful candidate should be a “hunter” that knows and understands the “non-asset based logistics sell.” They should come from a logistics supply chain environment and understand the multi-modal sales approach. The ideal candidate should focus on providing solutions to the customer and are comfortable using technology as part of their presentation.
Find and secure new customers, both small, medium and large
Benchmark market conditions and trends on an ongoing basis, and apply to sales development skills
Maintain strong customer relations
Efficient reporting to A accounts
Recommends solutions based on the customers’ needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An industry accreditation, P.Log or CCLP would be considered an asset
University Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma, or a minimum of 3 years’ logistics selling experience
