br /Provide constant feedback and coaching to improve your beauty staff's skills and sales results.br /Identify and recruit cosmetics retail employees who are beauty sales and customer service driven.br /Develop staff with leadership and other abilities for succession planning.br /Effectively train new beauty staff to Company standards of retail customer service, retail operational procedures, job performance, dress code, loss prevention, and all other Company policies. Ensure that all policies and procedures are communicated, understood and complied with.br /Set individual goals for each cosmetics employee for the achievement of the Company's sales and other key performance indicators that is p+, upt, conversion using the Turnover Table.br /Ensure beauty staff receives training as per The Weekly & an update on these results.br /Manage expectations through frequent evaluation of each retail employee's performance against goals by using the Turnover Table; partner with Store Manager for corrective action documentation in cases where expectations are not met.br /Initiative, Responsiveness, Planning and Organizingbr /Partner with Store Manager to plan and manage payroll hours and beauty employee schedules to accomplish goals and meet the needs of the retail business each day.br /Partner with Store Manager to manage expenses including payroll within planned budget.br /Ensure that the retail store always meets Company standards with regards to merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping, and loss prevention requirements.br /Prioritize tasks and allocate time and resources for self and cosmetics staff according to importance and urgency to ensure all paperwork and store operational requirements are completed on time.br /Ensure ADP maintenance with timecards in line with payroll deadlines./ppCustomer Service Orientatedbr /Ensure that beauty staff is trained in the Company's Welcome Training and are consistently using these techniques as directed by the Retail team.br /Ensure that each beauty staff member is knowledgeable about Kiko USA product and stock levels and is able to respond to cosmetics customer's inquiries and needs.br /All other duties as required./p
