Provides clerical support to the Accounting Department including mailing daily invoices, lien releases and customer statements; uploading documents into document management system; preparing invoices; and scanning lien releases.
Performs various other administrative duties, including managing office supplies and office machines used by the Accounting Department; scanning and uploading various documents for the Accounting Department; maintaining the Quarterly Discount Spreadsheet for sales tax credit; answering telephones as back up to the receptionist; preparing various check requests; and running miscellaneous errands.
Maintains exemption certificates including verifying seller permit numbers and validity of provided form; updating Customer Master addresses and exemption status; requesting Customer Job Information and updating third party provider sites.
