As a customer service representative/dispatcher you will be require to:
- Work Monday to Friday
- Answer and making phone calls to and from both customers and drivers.
- Work with warehouse sort staff in maintaining accurate inventory controls.
- Data entry and daily reporting.
- Scheduling daily deliveries and pick-ups.
- Patient phone skills with a positive attitude.
- Microsoft Excel and Word document aptitude.
- Investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Work well under pressure and deadlines
- Detail oriented
