We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our 180 Basaltic Road location.
This role pays $700-$750 per week with the ability to increase to $810 per week.
We will only consider resumes with past Customer Service experience in a Warehouse or Transportation setting.
The CSR is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts - responding to inquiries, communicating with customers and drivers and processing orders and receipts.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders
- Enter customer orders to Accellos WMS (warehouse management system)
- Run stock reports, as required, to check for product availability
- Co-ordinate any last minute shipping requests with the traffic departments, expediting as necessary
- Confirm customer orders in the WMS
- Enter and investigate all customer returns
- Enter, process and confirm receipts in the WMS
- Make any inventory adjustments necessary
- Set up new items/product in the J.D. Smith system
- Run Unshipped Order reports as required
This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Previous customer service experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong keyboarding skills and a working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexibility to work overtime if requested by our customer
- Highly dependable with superior attendance record
- Great customer service and relationship building skills
- Sense of urgency and good problem solving skills
