The overarching objective of this team is to support client retention and business development by providing quality, consistent reporting and messaging to clients, prospects and consultants. This team will be responsible for the production of all approved customized client reporting (reports, pension letters and presentations), ensuring consistency with regards to information, data and brand standards. In addition, it will handle the management of databases and the preparation of RFPs and due diligence questionnaires for all offices.
The team is under the supervision of the Director of Marketing & Communications, with a Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day activities.
Within the Client Reporting & Marketing Support Team, this role focuses on producing client and marketing materials, primarily in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as sourcing appropriate internal data to update materials. The expectation for this role is to collaborate with our portfolio managers and other team members to update monthly and quarterly deliverables.
