Sales Coordinator At JANA Corporation

Location: Aurora, Ontario

Job Description

JANA's Sales Coordinator is an outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated member of JANA's Sales Team . This junior-level role requires working effectively in a fast-paced, out-of-the-box thinking environment. The Sales Coordinator is the point of reference for the Sales Team, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. This is not a Sales position ; rather, the role of the Sales Coordinator is to facilitate the Sales Team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the growth of the company.

Sales Coordination

Coordinates Sales Team by managing action items, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Maintains CRM system ( SalesForce ), including managing database quality, facilitating weekly Sales Meetings and generating Sales reports (We strongly believe if it isn't in SalesForce, it didn't happen!)

Ensures accuracy and timeliness of Sales Reporting

In collaboration with Account Managers, builds Account Profiles, Account Strategies, Opportunity Landscapes, Organization Maps and Critical Path Work Plans

Acts as first point of contact for all after-sale customer communications, informing of any changes, responding to inquiries and collecting pertinent information as needed to finalize the contracting process

Formats, reviews and issues sales proposals, as directed

Brainstorms and executes innovative ideas for regularly contacting clients

Transcribes notes and other briefing materials

Manages travel schedules, arrangements & accommodations

Ensures the inventory of sales presentation materials, such as brochures and presentation folders, is always up to date

Takes the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business or a STEM Field

2+ years' Sales or Customer Service Experience

Expert Proficiency in SalesForce

Required Skills

Speaking/Presenting: Clearly articulates ideas, opinions and information to JANA's Sales Team to affect the success of our business

Collaboration: Tough but fair, marshals and focuses the efforts of JANA's Sales Team to consistently achieve and exceed Sales Targets

Analytical Thinking: Summarizes information concisely and clearly identifies key elements, patterns, results or relationships; utilizes data to draw conclusions and make fact-based decisions

Prioritization: Strong organizational and planning skills, enabling the coordination and organization of resources and people in efficient and effective ways to accomplish Sales strategies and goals

Drive: Meticulous and self-motivated, works independently under pressure to drive execution of JANA's Sales processes

Spirit: A team player with a positive attitude, setting high standards for personal achievement and encouraging the Sales Team as a whole

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
